What is a counsellor?

Counsellors are a type of mental health professional that help provide support to individuals, couples or families to work through issues or problems they are facing in their lives. A counsellor provides a safe, supportive and non-judgement environment for people to explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences. Their main goal is to help individuals identify and address problems, develop coping strategies and make positive changes in their lives.

Who can benefit from a counsellor?

Anyone can! Whether you are experiencing a specific problem or simply seeking to improve your overall well-being, a counsellor can be a great person to connect with.
