Payment/Pricing

Fees are tailored to each client based on individual need and circumstance.

If you would like to receive information about fees for a particular service or support, please contact Holly directly on info@hopefloats.com.au to discuss a quote and any factors that may affect pricing.

Holly is not currently able to provide services under Mental Health Plans. 

An invoice will be emailed prior to the session. Payment details will be on the invoice.

Payment is required prior to the appointment or on the day of the session.

Please note that fees are subject to change depending on specific requirements of the service, the complexity of support and any additional considerations.

Clients will receive 2 weeks notice of any proposed changes.

Cancellation Policy / Termination Policy

Please respect our session schedule and communicate in advance if there is a need to reschedule. 

Cancellation or rescheduling prior to 24hrs notice incurs no fee.

Cancellation with less than 24hrs notice incurs a $50 fee and will be invoiced.
